In their first game of November, the Calgary Flames had a Pacific Division matchup against the Seattle Kraken. It was a battle of the backups as the Flames started Daniel Vladar and the Kraken Joey Daccord.
The game saw several leads evaporate throughout, the Kraken were ahead after one period. The Flames scored twice quickly in the second to go up, but the game was tied after 40 minutes. In the third, the Flames went up even faster by two goals in 17 seconds for a 4–2 lead. The Kraken responded with three goals in 4:55 for the go-ahead goal and eventual game winner.
Two games in a row now that the Flames blew a third period lead. A shame to say the least.
