The Calgary Flames are almost ready to hit the ice for the 2024–25 NHL season. With training camp just around the corner, the team is ready to hit the ground running on what will be nothing short of an entertaining year.
Before the NHL players start rounding into form, the Flames’ top prospects get their chance to showcase their stuff at Prospects Training Camp and the Young Stars Classic.
News had started to trickle out over the last few days about other team’s rosters, but the Flames officially announced who will be in Penticton with them. Here is everything you need to know about what is to come over the weekend:

It looks like the NCAA players are not attending which includes Aydar Suniev, Arsenii Sergeev, and Cade Littler.
Some overseas players like Yegor Yegorov are also not included in this initial list due to most likely their current playing setups across the world.
The players that are in the NHL or closer to NHL ready, like Dustin Wolf, Connor Zary, and others, are not here also not included.
The Flames have invited several players who took part in development camp earlier in the summer as well.

It’s also key to note that all games will be held at the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton, B.C. All games will be live streamed on CalgaryFlames.com.
